Nobody is anti immigrant

By Fucking White Male   2016 Jul 19, 9:49pm   2,140 views   20 comments   watch (0)   quote

A large number of social media sites, and some posters here, repeatedly say Trump(and Republicans in general) is anti immigrant.

Trump has never said anything remotely anti immigrant except if you interpret his statements on having a temporary moratorium on muslim immigrants(which I don't believe is enforceable) as being anti immigrant.

Rather Trump has said we should take strong efforts to prevent illegal immigration and secure our border.

Yet the lie perpetuates....Liar and racist Jorge Ramos repeats it over and over again. So does the racist liar George Lopez. So do the propagandist anti americans at MSNB HEE HAW. In face, I can't find anyone who thinks we should end immigration into the US. Not one.

OTOH there are definitely racist anti Americans, like traitor Jorge Ramos, who should be hung for treason for advocating and promoting unfettered illegal immigration, stealing jobs from Americans and legal immigrants.

For example, the propaganda in this article:

http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/9355762.html

Notice that Trump is ascribed the notion of mass deportation of Mexican immigrants which willfully paints the picture that Trump wants to deport people legally admitted to, and living in the US. This of course is not true, but the lying HufPo writer Michael Keegan is perfectly willing to leave that impression.

and yet... "It's open season on killing whites and police officers," by radio host and BLM supporter, King Noble, barely registers on the richter scale....

“Today, we live in a time when the white man will be picked off, and there’s nothing he can do about it. His day is up, his time is up. We will witness more executions and killing of white people and cops than we ever have before.”

“It’s about to go down. It’s open season on killing white people and crackas.”

http://www.truthrevolt.org/news/black-lives-matter-radio-host-calls-race-war-cop-killing

And yet... Obama says things like, “We have all seen this bigotry in our lives at some point,” Mr. Obama told an audience of about 2,500 at a concert hall in Dallas. “None of us is entirely innocent. No institution is entirely immune. And that includes our police departments. We know this.”

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/jul/12/obama-defends-black-lives-matter-protests-police-m/

and

"I don't think that you can hold well-meaning activists who are doing the right thing and peacefully protesting responsible for everything that is uttered at a protest site," he [Obama] continued. "This week people felt hurt and angry and so some of this is just venting, but I think that the overwhelming majority of people who are involved in the Black Lives Matter movement -- what they really want to see is a better relationship between the police and the community so they can feel that it's serving them."

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/obama-defends-black-lives-matter-movement-as-protests-heat-up/

He is just such a supporter of the various "organizations of peace." It's rather touching.... Especially to my gag reflex.

Still waiting for someone to defend the "Trump is anti immigrant" narrative.

The article I cited is one of many. And that narrative is all over social media. Plenty beleive it. Why will no one step forward and justify it?

4   Tenpoundbass   2016 Jul 21, 9:51am     ↑ like   ↓ dislike   quote

I've quit worrying, the only people that carry the MSM narrative are people who don't plan on voting any way.
So they just take what they hear on the news as the gospel truth. They don't bother to even look at other news sources, because they don't have a horse in the race.
But they feel like they are doing their progressive part by picking fights with you for voting for the Man.

It's amazing the crap they will pile on, but when you explain the Staus quoa to them they start throwing up going into Iraq and WMDs and the Bank collapse and how it's all Bush's fault.
This is the brain twister to me. Trump is the anti Bush class anyone paying attention can see the current old guard has been the most hell bent on defeating Trump because Trump is not part of their club.
He's been the guy they've been extorting for the last 30 years, everytime he want's to build a building they all demanded cash donations and they would see to it, that he got his building permit fast tracked.
Not because Trump was crooked but because that's how you have to order the sandwich or no soup for you.
The more excuses they make about Donald Trump is more reasons why one shouldn't vote for Hillary. They must know this, but they aren't planning on voting. They are unhappy with the choices, so they just split hairs with you over Trump. It's all they got really.

Oh Trump is Racist he hates Mexicans, not Hispanics, or Latinos or Spanish people he hates Mexicans, that's all they hear when he talks about that wall.
They also have no idea that the Mexican border and the crossing is just as dangerous as traveling through ISIS held territory. My BIL would love to come back to America from Peru.
He doesn't and wont because everyone South of Guatamala knows your chances of making it to America without being robbed, killed or left in the desert to die of dehydration is less than 30%.

Trump was 100% when he said the ones comming accross are doing so because they are part of a well organized voilent cartel with tunnels and vehicles that can access open rugged terrain.
For every immigrant that makes it without getting caught, dying or getting killed, 5 Cartel members come accross for offical cartel business. Crime, Drugs and Revenge.

He is a dual citizen, therefore, charge of "treason" is completely inappropriate and out of bounds.

Second of all, murdering people for voicing political opinions is unamerican and does not reflect well on those who claim the be against "political correctness." In confirms suspicions that they are against content only because it contradicts their beliefs and they want to silence their opponents.

You should check out Human Rights Campaign, I just unsubscribed and cancelled my annual donation.

They endorsed Hillary in January, before the primaries, and are hammering the "Trump is homophobic" line which is total bullshit, something nobody said prior to the Summer of 2015.

Trump's position is more gay friendly than Hillary's prior to 2010. Did everybody call Hillary "Homophobic" in the 2008 Nomination Process?

Huh? What happened to "I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen"?

The base is almost entirely anti-immigrant, but wrap their words carefully and dance delicately on top of the line so as to incite and inspire the large piece of the base that IS anti-brown/yellow/red, etc.

They intend to say to these knuckle-draggers, "You know what I mean? Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more!".

Then if the rest of say "we do!", they play ignorant.

You'd be a fool to think that things like "Papers please" doesn't impact all brown skinned folks in the areas where practiced.

So CL basically you just feel like Trump supporters are racist, and you have no factual basis to support any argument that Trump is anti immigrant

I'd argue that not just advocating, but actively promoting the concept of Millions of people from a foreign country illegally entering the US constitutes treason and active effort to invade the United States.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I beleive the constitution describes such efforts as including penalty up to death.

The type of actions that Jorge Ramos has engaged in go well beyond simple political opinion.

No, I'm just not a blind guy. I do agree with the general premise you have there, that the media types make it seem, for example, that Trump is saying all Hispanics are rapists, etc, when he in fact was directing that toward the Mexican Government, ostensibly, and undocumented Mexican immigrants. I'm sure some of them are nice people.

He's not condemning the whole of Islam, just thinks that the people who think/feel/believe in a certain way should be subject to special sequestration, because, "something is going on there".

Now, though, do you think that Reagan launching his campaign, discussing State's rights in Philadelphia, Mississippi was a coincidence, or do you concede dog whistles there?

Legally it would be, but the issue is electoral: Democrats want to celebrate "moderate" Islam, and Republican religious fanatics want to celebrate religion in general. So, alas, DJT chose to pivot saying he would ban certain territories and use "extreme vetting." He has also said he wants to bring back waterboarding, which I'm guessing might be part of the "extreme vetting." His prior idea of just saying no would have been easier, but "extreme vetting" (including waterboarding) would likely accomplish the same goal.

True but both that HRC and the other HRC are deeply tied to the Democratic party establishment. The Human Rights Campaign has done many good things and I have supported them in the past, but I too am staying neutral this year for the same reason. I look forward to supporting them again in the future, but this year has too many unpredictable variables. In my opinion, if a gay couple in Mississippi have to travel to NYC or Taos NM to get a marriage license, and then they can return safely home still married, that's better than getting their heads cut off by Muslim "refugees." I want to see the debates between the major party nominees, and see who moves where, because I can't really predict either nominee with confidence.

Reread what I said. I agree with you actually. I think Trump is recalling images of the the Mariel boatlift, but the racist element hears what they want.

Reagan visited the location where 3 Civil rights workers had been murdered in Mississippi as a campaign ploy. He extolled the virtues of State's right, which was well understood in the South, especially only a decade and a half after the Civil Rights Act, which these murders there helped to spawn.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mississippi_civil_rights_workers%27_murders

It's a textbook dog whistle. Me, personally? I don't think the leaders of the GOP are all racists, but I think they know that a big chunk of their base is, and so they are always only a bad poll away from the next dog whistle.

He who was ears, let him hear!

"Trump is homophobic"

He doesn't hate himself that much. Come on.

Seriously, though, Trump's not a homophobe. He clearly showed that he'd personally be fine with supporting gays during the NC bathroom fiasco.

What makes Trump less attractive to gay people is his general attitude toward minority groups / rights and his selection of Pence and future selection of court justices and appointees. He will be picking republicans for many positions, and they will be less friendly to gay issues.

Myth: gays aren't racist or sexist.

Plenty of gays are irritated by feminists, and during Urban weekend in Miami, gays flee.

I would be convertible if Trump decides to become transparent, releases his tax forms, shows that he has not been an unethical asshole who regularly skipped out on his bills, comes up with a binding plan for putting his assets in receivership, actually explains his trade / economic plans, starts believing in science, seriously disavows white power groups, and stops saying completely irresponsible things about monetary default, torture, etc. Basically, it's a really steep slope.

I'm also open minded when it comes to new information on Hillary being corrupt. I'm not impressed with the argument against her so far. While I fully expect more to leak out at various points in the campaign, I doubt that there is a real campaign killing hammer to drop.
