You also fail top mention the office (or den) downstairs along with the over-sized garage, with the additional 120 sq. feet approx. of work space. The kitchen has been totally redone by making it a cathedral ceiling with sky-light and wired for a built in surround sound system. The bedroom downstairs could also be used as a grand parent apartment because it has the plumbing ready to go for a small kitchenette. The roof was stripped down to plywood and re-nailed with 30 year shingles back in 1994. If you were to showcase some of these items, I am sure you will have a buyer.
