  For example, I recently saw a job posting for a project engineer managing multi-million dollar projects start to finish, 70 hour weeks, 75% travel, professional certification (PE) required - and they were offering up to $60k/ year salary!
  The reason companies are pushing so much for high tech visas is to save money over hiring Americans to do the work.
