  You guys crazy. I rent a 2/2 for 2200, they want to raise it another 300 on a 1year lease. If i want to do a month to month complex wants to raise to 4,400/month! WTF????

  Your spending way to much on rent, you need to do some research. I live a couple blocks from the Pruneyard in a 2b/2b with 2 car garage and a pool the place is nice (hardwood floors and grant countertops). Oh, and the landlord doesnt charge us any extra for having a dog. HOA is $350/month the landlord pays that. Rent is $1800 a month, granted my rent is going up in July but only by 80 bucks.
  Stay away from the big box apartment complexes.

  I live in the BA and I don't want to live here. I'm just putting in my time making good money and renting. Rent is high, mortgages are outrages, and traffic sucks.
