You may start to notice a crime family has moved in when you start hearing, and feeling, the beat of amplified stereo devices, and hear loud talking, echoing across the canyons, on the sunny days. Good luck. I think I am leaving the State, as I don't want to pay for the many retirees who have 3 to 4 expensive retirement packages. I'm going to have to move to some place cold and desolate for peace and happiness. "Recovery" in housing market will never fix California.
