  P.S. I'm really puzzled who Disliked both the question and the answer and why? It was a reasonable question, and if I may say so I think that I provided an accurate answer - no one else has even disagreed with it.

  Oh, I get it now. Apparently it's the OP, who dislikes almost everything about CA so much that he's leaving. Enjoy wherever you're going, I doubt anyone will miss you.

  Not me.......but thanks for staying......somebody's got to keep paying more & more taxes as the ship goes down.
