I love being a part of Detroit's growth--I truly believe young people like me will bring it back. There is lot of exciting things happening here, and I hope to be a potential homeowner soon :)

They are just a source of cash that these companies play around with...so many people have lost tons of money in recent years in what was supposed to be a safe, long-term investment. It's more wise to look at other alternatives for this type of personal investing.
