I saw the bubble coming, and sold my investments in 2005. Since 2011, i have been buying homes in the phoenix metro as long term rentals. So far this has worked out spectacularly well!

Add in that a recovering economy within the next 10 years gives a lot more companies that can make someone rich. I want to own the leaders in robotics, self driving cars, better batteries, etc. going forward.

what the hell cruise were you on that was that young? I did a norweigian cruise a couple years back, I think the average age was like 150 or something! and except for the filipino workers, 110% of the boat was overweight!
