Advertise On Patrick.net With No Risk

Pay Only For The Clicks You Actually Get -- With Automatic Stop Limit

Advertising on patrick.net is an excellent deal for you. For 20 cents per click (less than half Google's rate) you get a 64-character text ad in the most recent news links on http://patrick.net/housing/crash.html.

Your ad will look something like the one circled in red below:

Patrick.net will record every click on your ad, and your own web server log files will also record every click. By looking for "http://patrick.net/" in the referer field of your web server log file, you can prove you got what you paid for.

Extra clicks from the same IP address on the same day will not be counted, giving you protection against "click-spam". Clicks by robot user agents like the Google bot will also not be counted.

If multiple people merchants want to advertise, the ads get rotated every minute. Your link will appear in rotation with other ads until your clicks are used up. Then it will disappear. Only one advertising link will be shown at a time, not two or more.

The 64 character limit applies to the human-readable link text of your ad. The underlying HTML link is free. No porn links allowed. The link will be followed by "(patrick.net sponsored link)" and that will cut down clicks to only those who are interested what you're selling. People are ad-averse unless they see the ad as relevant to something they actually want. Those interested people are the ones you want to talk to, and those are the ones you'll get from this.

The ad will stop running when your deposit is used up, or you can get a refund of unused money whenever you want. Just email Patrick

If you're skeptical, I'll run your ad in exchange for a promise of payment up to the first $100 worth of clicks. All the risk is on me.
