Inventory is scary low and prices are sky rocketing again just like last year. If I was a buyer I would give up and rent a 1 bedroom apartment in San Jose for 1800 per month

Obama is a crook, socialist, left winged, welfare supporting terrorist.

i think 2017-2019 is about right also. The only questions would be home much prices go up from now until 2017. I'm guessing another 10-12%.

I live in a small home now and will wait to purchase a big home during the next bust. I hope it is a more depressed market than 2007-2009

Based on bellingmam bills number yes i was in the top 1% last year. However that was my first time ever making that amount. I probably paid more taxes in one year than some left winged liberal give everyone something for free people on this forum pay in their entire lives. No tax breaks for me!

So fuck off soft shell.

Not in the bay area. Only getting sicker because prices are absolutely sky rocketing once again! This market is insane. I feel terrible for anyone who doesn't own or is just getting started.

I see what you are saying I guess I just don't understand where you think supply will come from on the silver side. Seems like with most things prices usually get back to the peak or above the peak before they crash again. Silver is waaayyyyyyy off the peak. I think it's actually at a pretty cheap price still. Plus silver was already trading around 17 something prior to Briexit. I guess time will tell..

Duh, democrats.

The Housing Trap
You're being set up to spend your life paying off a debt you don't need to take on, for a house that costs far more than it should. The conspirators are all around you, smiling to lure you in, carefully choosing their words and watching your reactions as they push your buttons, anxiously waiting for the moment when you sign the papers that will trap you and guarantee their payoff. Don't be just another victim of the housing market. Use this book to defend your freedom and defeat their schemes. You can win the game, but first you have to learn how to play it.
