Duplex scheduled for auction on 1/25. Bought in Dec 2006 for $950K. Consists of a couple 2BR/1.5BA units. Not the greatest area. Asking price to rent a 2BR around here is somewhere between $1500-1800 usually. |

Kurt you are correct although that may technically be unincorporated County. There is a pocket between Menlo and Atherton that is County, not any City. |

That's not Woodside--downtown RWC is only two residential blocks away. Woodside road doesn't not mean the town of Woodside LOL. Stupid realtors...Woodside begins on the other side of Alameda de las Pulgas. |
