I think short sales are put on the market by someone looking to get rid of thier home. They contact a broker and get it listed. It does not mean the bank will accept it....

Love the zillow info. They forgot to mention that it was infested with snakes, tho. Garter snakes eat mice. Perhaps the listing should say, "Guaranteed to be mouse-free always."
