how do you deal with hud? at 78k i offered 20k, at 58k i offered 19k, now they are 52,200. Water actually runs inside the house from the yard. How do you find out how much hud has paid in taxes and upkeep on this dog? Because vandals struck again yesterday!

You could call it tear down since water is running straight into it. Only down here in TX we haven't had much water/rain in too long....grin....b3
