We are out by the end of the year. I am going home tonight and getting drunk! I will be sitting on my couch thinking about the friends I lost over there and cursing the people who decided it was a good idea to go in.

Now, just get the troops the hell out of Afghanistan. Mission accomplished already, Al Qaida is no longer there. Who ever said we are in the bussiness of nation building. We have nation building that needs to happen in our own nation.

That war was totally his choice and his fault. I still can't believe that 18 Saudis and one Egyptian attacked us, and then Bush went and attacked the Saudis' worst enemy. Why? To reward them for killing all those Americans?

If Obama kept us there longer, he could be criticized for that, but this way he can easily be criticized as well, especially if (I should say when) reasons we supposedly should have stayed are publicized by republicans.

My point is that it seems coincidental that Obama would time his ending of the war with an election. I don't have a problem with the war ending.
