I wonder if any of them are actually selling. I know intellectually that prices are dropping, but it sure isn't that exciting to look. Sometimes I see a 399 or 499, but not that often. Also, super crappy houses.

Like the rest of the Bay Area; in Pacifica all these overpriced shitboxes are languishing while the realtards and banks work their various scams to make it superficially seem like the market is still moving at bubble prices.
I actually like the people from Pacifica, they are laid back in a way they just doesn't seem to exist elsewhere anymore. However this town in a smelly salty pile of junky shacks and asshole cops.
