fyi for other longtime listeners, Spanish Trails is an exclusive community that was THE place to live for awhile. It was built in the takeoff path of McCarran Airport, leading to some lovely noise issues. This is also the "exclusive, safe" development where Steve Wynn's daughter lived when she was kidnapped. Many doctors live (lived?) there and the prices were outrageous before prices became outrageous.
I'm glad foreclosures are down, but don't see the evidence with people I know.
