Patrick
Everyone who ever got near a Realtor® reports a fairly consistent pattern of fraudulent communications, criminal nonfeasance and all manner of suborning perjury and financial frauds.
It's clear that a Realtor® is just an unindicted felon.
Patrick.Net could change all that by organizing a Realtor® Fraud Referral application that would provide a templated affidavit form with a set of charges that could be ticked, auto-filled and forwarded to the nearest county prosecutors office based on the address of the home or property that was the attempted subject of the fraud.
Important features could include:
Auto-CCing to editors of the local newspapers and community websites
Auto-populating a SQL database to create, over time, a Realtor® at Large alerting system so that the public could interrogate the crimes which a Realtor® had already been witnessed committing
Automated mug-shot retrieval through query of Google images
Auto-repeat submissions for fraud reporters that would dun the prosecutor until charges are filed and the criminally insane Realtor® is convicted, stuffed into a wedding dress and tossed into a supermax to be raped to death by neonazi serial killers.
At the very least the RFR would be good PR for Patrick.Net and provide the equivalent of a sports page for the website.
What do you say?

Why don't each and everyone who deals with them start reporting them to DRE directly as this may become a legal issue. Wait a minute,as you said before - like rules will stop them from committing fraud. I like your ideas though. LOL.

That's it? Less than 50 for the entire state?
There are likely hundreds of Realtors® still at large, all of them guilty of unspeakable crimes.
How can the state of California let this go on?

Tell me about it...
Realtor 'speak'... I got a dozen other offers, can you bring your offer higher.
I would say that covers about 100% of all REA over the past 10+ years... Multiple counts fraud all of them...

Fraud, bestiality, murder, rape, cannibalism, you name it, and not necessarily in that order.
Scan the headlines. The crimes and mayhem inflicted by Realtors® is only limited by the diabolical savagery of these psychopaths.

We try to get legislation passed that requires all Realtors to register with Patnet. Hey it's a model working quite well with a lot of industries.

It's like the child rapist registry.
Except that you publish the address of the Realtor® - maybe for a buck - and host ads, or a fee for programming flash mobs at the Realtor®'s house where people assemble a pyre on his lawn and bid him or her to do the right thing and throw themselves into the leaping flames.
Something like that.

There would definitely be a paying audience for realtors jumping into bonfires.

ESPN would brown out cable operators across the US with the pay per view audience.
Getting the first Realtor® to hurl his or her body into the burning pyre may take some doing but cohort hysteria would take over and you'd have dozens per week taking the short cut to hell.
It's so glorious, I can't even think of a name.

The revenue would come from insurance like Doctors use.
Realtors would have to buy Malpractice insurance.
