This house looks like it foreclosed for 355 in January and is not for sale at 382 and needs a little "TLC". What is the rational for listing higher one month later? Just to see if they can get it? Maybe the 355 was just the balance of the loan? I wouldn't think they would have paid it down that far.
I have been meaning to ask lately, does square footage include the garage? I would think so.
It seems like a couple of articles have said we are down to the mid-90's prices. Other places don't seem to agree with that. For this house, it seems like we are not even close.

Yes,in most cases foreclosed home is sold at the loan balance. This shack is NOT going to sell for 355.

I presume you are saying it will sell for more and that it is a shack. I will be delighted it if sells for less than that, It would be a little bit of sanity.

$330 a sq ft? Daly City? OMG.....
That would sell for around $50 a sq ft in San Antonio. That's providing the area is not too ghetto.

The sqft measurement shouldn't include the garage or basement for that matter.

No SQFT does not include garage or backyard.
