Huzzah!

The Statesman - cozy bedfellows with the local NAR - has been very strategically selecting which articles it allows reader comments on and which ones it doesn't.

Not sure if flipping is worth it but flopping, on the other hand, is a win-win-win for the seller, buyer, and realt-whore:

Speaking of Austin and Flopping, I know of one example recently

Look at the price history. Cleaned up like a mother.

BUT! I think flipping and flopping is both good since this $$$ finds its way into the economy and people buy lunch meats and bacon and the guy selling the lunch meats an bacons goes out an buys a car and the car salesman goes out and buys a baseball glove or radio etc.

Bacon-dog carts? Man those smell good after a night of bar hopping. Never had one though - afraid it would stop my heart. My skinny GF will get one once in a while.

In a short sale, the seller gives up some of their "say" in transaction, correct? It seems like risky business if there are other potential buyers but I suppose you can always back out if it's not going your way.

As a short seller, how can you be sure that you are selling to your desired buyer?
