Luanne Panacek is paid $171,329 to run the Children's Board of Hillsborough County. But it looks as though she invoked a higher power to help her after what she called "a meeting from hell" in which a board member peppered her with questions about the personnel manual, reports the Tampa Bay Times in St. Petersburg.
