Certainly he couldn't mean that someone with an accent might be less than worthy of his business. That would be racist, and I'm sure that he's not one of THEM. After all, people in different areas of the US pronounce certain words completely different, which doesn't make them uneducated, it makes them unique. The reason not to buy a house from this REclown might be his unprofessional presentation - if he has indeed closed as many sales and made as much money as he claims, he could have hired a professional commercial crew.

I called the telephone number on the screen (310) 557-2100 and no one answered the telephone. He clearly states "...Someone will pick up the telephone and answer the call within 5 minutes..." The telephone is still ringing and no one has answered it...I suggest that you try it. The time is now 05:38 am....
