Study: Wealthy More Likely To Lie or Cheat

The "upper class," as defined by the study, were more likely to break the law while driving, take candy from children, lie in negotiation, cheat to increase their odds of winning a prize and endorse unethical behavior at work, researchers reported today in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

Taken together, the experiments suggest at least some wealthier people "perceive greed as positive and beneficial," probably as a result of education, personal independence and the resources they have to deal with potentially negative consequences, the authors wrote.

More reason why no one higher than the 80% should be allowed to hold office or be appointed by a public office holder. And the rule I'm proposing would prohibit me from holding office. Some people are just assholes, and they advertise it with things like cars, gold chains, and country club memberships.

I would like to see what life on this planet would be like if people stopped worrying so much about getting into heaven, and tried to make this life heaven.

I don't think that it would end all religion, just the financial exploitation of people through religion. Professional clergy, and large organizations that need donations to survive would end -- think, catholicism, scientology, mormonism etc. However, I think that small groups of individuals would still meet to preform religious rituals. Also, an already rich guy like Romney could finance his own religion for the power and/or sex motivations.
