I do not see anyone from the Obama administration saying one word warning the public and pension funds about it being "speculative" or a "gamble". Just wait until Facebook goes IPO. whats that gonna look like... 5,000x-10,000x future earnings ?

However, he does want housing speculation stopped and Republicans want no speculation stopped. That includes the libertarians.
