WatchThis 2 beds, 1bath condo was picked up by someone at the courthouse steps for $145,100 in late February. It was put on the market for $198,888 on 3/9 and went pending the next day. Must have been a good offer. I thought the guy would flip it for $180k, but apparently the guy knows the area well, and knew he could command top dollar for it.
There is another identical REO property that just got put on the market yesterday for $169k. My guess is that this REO unit will sell for at least $185k. Of course it can be sold for less if the listing agent is not an honest individual. Will see. :)
