Stopped by this house today. Dark, cold and smells musty. Kitchen is OK, basic beige carpet in living and family rooms. Bathrooms are really dated. Master bath was horrifying with rusty metals rails and weird layout. Small bedrooms and doors had some strange brown patches on them. No updates whatsoever. The agent was saying that the market has changed and that the bank may revisit the 790k number (implying that you may need to offer higher). Yeah, right!

I walk by this place a few times a week and there is always something weird going on. At one point the neighbor family took in some troubled teenagers and they lived in the back yard. Not sure of the current situation or trouble, but I think the same family lives there now. The police have been there more times than any other house in Foster City. Not sure if you can get that info from the station but before I buy this house I would inquire.

When I said buyer, he wanted to come out to Foster City and show me some other properties. Thanks but no thanks. BTW, Realtard told me that it's still pending because the buyer is still trying to get financing.

Head Realtard is back in China (he should stay there) so an older Realtor took over the open house. What a shitty house for $790K. And what is with the master bath? Weird. Realtor was telling other people that they better put in a bid now because the house is going to sell fast. He may be right with these fruit ball Bay Area buyers. As for me? Thanks but no thanks.
