ACORN is back and may partner with "Justice Department"

This from Judicial Watch: "The connection between the Obama Justice Department, ACRON and Project Vote is at the the center of the investigation.

A public interest group that investigates and fights government corruption filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice to obtain records related to the agency's communications with Estelle Rogers, a former ACORN attorney currently serving as Director of Advocacy for the ACORN connected organization called Project Vote. Estelle Rogers was President Obama's former employer.

Judicial Watch is in the midst of investigating the extent to which the DOJ and Project Vote are PARTNERING on a national campaign to use the National Voting Rights Act to register more individuals on public assistance, widely considered a key voting demographic for the Obama 2012 campaign.

By threatening lawsuits under Section 7 of the NVRA, Project Vote has aggressively sought to FORCE election officials in various states to increase registration of people receiving public assistance (Under Section 7, states are REQUIRED to offer voter registration services at all public assistance agencies, including UNEMPLOYUMENT OFFICES and FOOD STAMP OFFICES.

Judicial Watch is convinced that Project Vote's activities remain a threat to the integrity of our elections. The fact that Project Vote is bullying states to attack election security reforms in order to register Obama's 'Food Stamp Army' comes as no surprise".

Obama's 'Food Stamp Army' are the indentured voters, individuals who vote for a living. They are COMPLETLY DEPENDENT on the government. They HAVE TO vote democrat...or else the Gravy Train comes to a halt, and thats exactly what the Democrats want - "loyal", dependent voters.

Right.....because every Republican administration has tried to end the food stamp program, and because Democrats have been able to change the law to make food stamps easier to get.

    Or not.

Abe, do you ever wonder how utterly ridiculous to look? The food stamp program has been administered exactly the same way for decades. The main reason there are more people on food stamps now than ever before is that we're operating on an entirely Republican economy and your foolhardy party destroyed it.

But hey.....call it Obama's food stamp army because that's what Newscorp planted in your brain.

Gezzz Iwog, can't you read - its from JUDICIAL WATCH, a public interest group that investigates and fights GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION. Please read, or re-read the FIRST SENTENCE. And you ask me if I ever wonder how uttererly rediculous I look? Hahaha, what about YOU??

Government corruption - based on your comments its something you either support, or are unconcerned with. Which is it?

And his point was very clear.

But I think he knows you don't care how much of a fool you appear to be, and let's face it, it's not just appearance.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Black_Panther_Party_voter_intimidation_case

What a surprise (wink-wink) that the same "Justice" Department which DISMISSED the VOTER INTIMIDATION case (DESPITE VIDEO EVIDENCE) against the New Black Panthers is THE SAME "Justice" Department now partnering up with ACORN and Project Vote TO re-elect oBAma by threatining various states with lawsuits.

I think its kind of interesting to notice that Acorn, government corruption, Project Vote, the so called "Justice" Department, the use of force, unemployment and food stamp offices, bullying states with the threat of lawsuits, and people on the recieving end of wealth redistribution are all in one single report about the abuse of political power.

But we're not supposed to care???

You supporters of government corruption just go nuts when the UGLY TRUTH is revealed.

Marcus, why would you call a lawsuit, filed in Federal Court against the U.S. Department of Justice, a source of propaganda?

    Let's compare two situations.

Assuming your right, a couple of misguided fools tried to intimidate workers at one location in Pennsylvania.

Whereas in the entire state of Florida, they purge common names from the voter rolls. Say they have a name : "Jamal Jackson". Because a guy named Frank Jackson of Tallahassee was convicted of burglary in 1972, they'll eliminate every voter named "Jamal Jackson" from the rolls regardless of Date of Birth, Age, Place of Residence, etc. Given the size of the population, not only is Jamal the Burglar banned from life from voting, but so is Jamal Jackson, Able Seaman at Pensacola NAS who wasn't even alive in 1972 and Jamal Jackson, the 70-year old retired machinist who lives in Tavares.

Unlike many liberals, I *DO* embrace a check of any state-issued ID, Driver's License, US Passport, or DoD Identification at the polls.

I also think kids should be granted the opportunity - not mandatory - to get a state-issued ID before graduating from High School, for free. We should also give graduating seniors free copies of their birth certificate and a social security card, as well as a free credit check.

This eliminates the "IDs are expensive" objection, and you'd be shocked at how many kids have their identity stolen by thieves - or their own family members.

In fact, we shouldn't charge for basic State IDs (not driver's licenses) at all. Maybe a token replacement cost of $5.

Happened to my last girlfriend, her mom used her SSN to rack up tens of thousands in Credit Card Debt. She found out only when she applied to nursing school years later.

Credit check? You should teach the kids that credit ratings are a complete scam and used only to create fictional risk tiers that can be used by the financial services industry to rape and dismember the finances of Americans. Credit rating agencies should be disbanded and their executives thrown from helicopters over the North Atlantic.

    @Thunder,
    I agree. I have pondered this a few times and came up woth a "voter's license" that a person "earns" by passing a basic I.Q./econ/history/US Gov test (kinda like a drivers test). The test should be in written english and brail. Unlike the driver's testing there shall be no helpers allowed to read the questions (and help answer). { Maybe the voter's license can be re-tested at the polls before each voting session? }

Here's another pondered thing: You vote should be weighted vs other votes based on a few things:
    1) Your score on the license exam.
    2) Your voting attendance per opritunity to vote weighs your vote .. like, if you can vote 6 times after you earn your vote card, but only vote 3 times, then your vote is now only woth 50% of a 100% attendee voter. This way a voter that uses and maintains their Voter Card carries more weight at the polls than the now-and-then voter. (sorry, hard to explain for me, so I'm sure that is hard to follow)

I also would like the truth to be made clear to everyone. If you get back more from the IRS than you paid in, you are on welfare. The child credit and earned income credit should never equal more than the amount paid in.

And lastly, we should pay taxes on the first Monday in Nov., or vote on April 16th. And the ballot should be the last page of our tax return.

You know, if Fox News reports a fact it isn't a fact because Fox News leans to the right.

    Oh, no, no...

Right leaning organizations do get facts correct. The problem with FOX "news" is very often the "facts" they present are contrary to actual evidence.

    Good point.

    One question I always had:

How come rent payments aren't counted on your credit report? Probably because if they were, most folks would look like good risks and there would go the high interest rates.

After all, making $800-1500 payments every month and missing them rarely if at all is a bigger deal than missing a $100 electric bill or being 60 days late on a $250 car payment or something.

I'm all for a national ID card tied to social security number. I think it should replace state-issued photo ID. Hillary Clinton was a supporter of this.

Unfortunately Republicans will never allow it. A genuine debate about undocumented labor would include the fact that many large corporations, hotels and food production businesses as well as nearly all the building trades, make billions of dollars hiring illegals.

Republicans had total control over legislative agenda for 6 years and they never even got past the bullshit stage on immigration reform. We will NEVER EVER EVER EVER see a national ID program under any Republican administration. It's doubtful Democrats would ever go their either, but at least it's more likely.

I don't happen to agree with that idea 100%, just due to the State rights portion of it. Since we vote in a particular area for ALL elections, then my idea of a voter license "should" be issued and administered more on a local level ... does that make sense?

I do not know the tie between ID and illegal immigration and profits. I agree that illegals that work in non-ag jobs are a savings because they do not know the labor laws and do not demand minimum wages. But, I do not know how any larger corp would get away with illegal hiring practice. Wouldn't the tax accountant/State find the issue with ease?

I am for a minimum wage of $1 per hour.
I am against the cash in hand welfare of any kind. Food, shelter, medical, bath, clothes, should be available to anyone on earth. Not cash or habit items.
I am for drug testing before any aide is given.
I am for mandatory tube-ties after two kids born on the public aide dime.
I am for mandatory nor-plant birth control for any single mother on aide.
I am for having the illegals that are found to be working in America stay at that job and work until the company hires a legal worker. I also think America should be building a long fence and have some fence-cities being built down there for support areas, and those illegals who lose their job in America should be given the chance to work their way into being a legal citizen by putting in time on the fence or at the fence cities. They would be paid $1 an hour, with free lodging. Food and clothes will be sold by ventors on sight. Police will be the National Guard. I have a dream!! lol
