It's a 4 BR 3BA 2394 sq ft home according to the listing. "Country Living less than 60 miles from San Francisco!". It's on a busy street less than 100 yards uphill from Hwy 116 and it gets plenty of road noise. It was remodelled in 2001 and they did a pretty nice job converting the basement area to living space but the floor plan is a bit odd. Not horrible, not good. The yard is small and has good quality low maintenance landscaping. It's clean and cute, but it sure ain't country. And it was on the market last year for 166 days at $710k...now at $689k. At $625k it might get some offers but this listing agent is wasting their time and money.
