It's been on the market since September 2011 and the price has dropped $1.35MM to date. It's big, it's showy and it is well built. It has its own website! There are oaks on the property but a big chunk of it is suitable for growing high quality Pinot or Chardonnay ( There are no attached documents on the MLS regarding water, a crucial concern). For someone who wants "The house on the hill" with views, a place to entertain and impress, it's a good choice. And the sellers appear to be flexible on price to some degree...there are good pictures on trulia and redfin as well as the website,and yes it's nice in person.
