And I always thought cats hated water.
This is why hard-working Americans can't get jobs. Cheap, cat labor.

The background language sounds Romanian. Cats in Romania were secretly trained as Spetznaz troopers when the old Soviet Union held the country in thrall as a Russian Puppet State. Such cats can fight anywhere, even in water - or underwater. Today, these fighting abilities are no longer needed, and sadly, these cats are forced to take menial jobs, like dishwashing, to provide for their kittens. There is no "Cat Safety Net" for these poor leftovers from the cold war.

Of every fat cat who walks through my door
All you back room schemers
Better find something new to say
Cause you're the same old story
It's the same old crime
And you got some "heavy dues to pay"
