Of course, if that is done, the draconian copyright law will attract national attention. If it isn't done, our federal "justice" system will be further exposed for what it is, a system for selective enforcement of often draconian laws for political reasons, but the vast idiocracy and their sensationalist "news" media won't notice that. So, I suspect the latter will be done.
