Millions of illegal immigrants are getting a bigger tax refund than you. Eyewitness News shows a massive tax loophole that provides billions of dollars in tax credits to undocumented workers and, in many cases, people who have never stepped foot in the United States. And you are paying for it:

This is the most assine article I have seen at least the others are clever. Deal is the stupid morons have trouble recconing the His panic vote to the farce Obama is. Because when they can't come up with an idea well they start farting. Of course the idea presented by that writer is a fart. I doubt it will become a popular fart cause well it smells. Smell my farts they say or I will make you squirm. Fuck them.

Hey why not town hall the bigger the fart the harder it is to cover up the smell. No one black elected outside their districts until when. DUH. Has never happened in the history of the earth what would that statement apply to. Don't be gullible this kind of stuff and pandering is nothing but self serving because of the embarrasment of it all. It's stupid and so obvious all over the world. Induldge yourself in fantasy as a warriors in a democratic power stuggle. Then there is fucking reality. Live in it. You will get somewhere. Just rename The United States of America. To the land of the Pliable and home of the Gullible. So in my opinion. We need a Mexican 5 star general or at least a Mexican president. It all makes fucking sense if your all in debt and the only other place you have to live in. Is the box your TV came in.

Need to come up here and shove a bag full of lizards up the debt merchants ass. I wouldn't take their crap for 2 seconds. When disaster hits there remember where you got this. Mexican drug lords my ass. Its all about humanity. I guess thats my point. What are gonna do when their kids die because of your senseless bullshit. Blame the earth?

Irrelevant. This doesn't constitute a change from the Bush years nor does it have any impact on fraud reporting on a tax return. It's a well known FACT that border enforcement has been stepped up since Obama took office. Please try again.
Wow....with such a long post I expected something else. That's it??????

It is a fact that IRS allows tax fraud by illegals to go on, encouraging more tax fraud. It is not an accident that tax fraud exploded under Obama's "watch".

It is a ridiculous position for you to defend a politician who allowed illegals aliens to claim more money in fraudulent refunds than the amount of taxes paid into the system by illegals.

I thought paying no taxes, or getting huge refunds you don't deserve, was The American Dream? Major corporations do it, why shouldn't everyone?
Clearly nos41 you are not tuned into AM radio & Fox News often.

Illegal aliens impact my pocket more directly through increased health care costs, insurance rates, increased housing costs,...

As a reward they even get bigger refund than the money they pay into the system.

It would be benficial to our society to deport them back to their home countries.

Bullshit. The IRS does not "allow" tax fraud. It does not "encourage" tax fraud. If you don't think it's an accident that tax fraud has increased under Obama, then make some specific allegations instead of this cowardly implication nonsense. The bottom line is you have nothing! (the right wing standard) It could be no more complicated than illegals learning this method from each other and it becoming popular.

It is a laughable proposition that our economy would be destroyed without illegal aliens to support it. I understand that those who employ illegals earn on the backs of slave labor but this happens at the expense of other citizens/residents.

Look at the results of Obama's actions: tax fraud by illegal aliens exploded in the last three years. You can't blame it on Bush - it is Obama who is ultimately responsible that government agencies enforce laws.
Ignoring criminal behavior encourages more such behavior. It is Obama's fault that government allows tax fraud by illegals.

    Iwog: How?
nosf41: Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........dunno. By not catching illegals that commit tax fraud?

Do you see how stupid this conversation is????? If you want to argue that Obama isn't doing enough to stop tax fraud, then make that argument. It's not the same as Obama is causing tax fraud! Get that through your thick skull. Furthermore Obama is powerless to change tax law because YOUR fucking Republican party kills EVERYTHING in the Senate including its own bills. Did you read your own article? I'd bet money you didn't read it and simply copied the headline. If you actually read it, you'd notice this:

The IRS tells WTHR it can do nothing to change the current system unless it gets permission from Congress. In other words, according to the IRS, closing the loophole would require lawmakers to pass a new law specifically excluding illegal immigrants from claiming additional child tax credits.

This is yet another crystal clear example of Republicans attempting to destroy government, and YOU are applauding it. You and those tea party fucktards that infect congress like a cancer are preventing Obama from fixing this. YOU are the problem. Look in the mirror any time you see something wrong with government and blame yourself for helping it crash and burn. I blame this on YOU!!! Voting has consequences and illegals continuing to use a loophole in the LAW that YOUR REPUBLICAN HOUSE REFUSES TO FIX WITH LEGISLATION IS ONE OF THEM.

It's a laughable proposition that you would deny reality so easily proven by example. I'll link you this article, you'll ignore it, and you'll post the same hogwash next week:

Crackdown on illegal immigrants left crops rotting in Georgia fields, ag chief tells US lawmakers

    http://blog.al.com/wire/2011/10/crackdown_on_illegal_immigrant.html

Charles Hall, director of the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association, released figures from an upcoming industry-funded study Tuesday that says farmers lost at least $74.9 million in unpicked crops harvested by hand last spring and summer because they didn't have enough labor. The farmers said they lacked 40 percent of the total work force they needed.

Your Republican locusts damaged Georgia well enough didn't they. I suppose you want to bring this brilliant insight to California next?

That will teach them lesson to increase wages for agriculture workers. Personally, I would not mind a guest worker program but one that would not allow whole families to immigrate here.

Only 5% of illegals work in agriculture. What do illegals in our cities do? 25% of CA state prisoners are illegals.

How much damage did the left wing nut judge cause to CA agriculture by shutting off water to central valley? Dems are doing quite "well"destroying agriculture business here.

It is funny you mentioned California at the time when Gov. Moonbeam announced that budget deficit increased to $16B.

Let me guess - you support the high speed train project, right?

What a joke. The entire central valley water project IS A FUCKING FEDERAL PROJECT! Do you know how much water the central valley has without the socialism you vehemently hate so much? NONE!!!! NOTHING!!! DESERT!!!!!

You've got idiot Republican farmers screaming about how much they need federal water and people like you eat it up. The Central Valley has an intact water table and any farmer almost anywhere in the state can sink wells any time and water their crops. Why don't they? Because they think it's better to bitch and play politics and get cheap water provided by the government teat. There's your free market for you. Republicans championing socialism JUST to attack Obama. Idiocy.

I directly contradicted your assertion that sending all the illegal aliens home would help our economy. Obviously you were wrong. Be a man and admit it. It was tried in Georgia and failed miserably.

The law says that child tax credit is reserved for US citizens and residents. Mexican citizen children living in Mexico do not qualify. You do not need to change the law - you need to enforce the existing one. How difficult is it to find people who submit fraudulent claims? TV reporter did not have much trouble doing it. Tax preparer who spotted numerous fraudulent tax returns contacted IRS with details.

I don't care about Obama regime propaganda - results are clear: ever increasing tax fraud. What else can one expect when a tax cheat Geitner has been appointed as Treasury Secretary.

Tea Party has correctly identified that US does not have a tax revenue problem but a spending problem.
How do you explain the fact that we have a budget problem in California even though there is a state income tax, high sales tax (between 7 - 9 %) and property tax in place?

You didn't answer anything I wrote nor did you talk about a direct quote from the IRS that YOU LINKED!

There is no fucking way the IRS can refuse 200 million refunds just so they can find the haystack needles you seem so convinced are easy to discover.

You don't care what the facts are or if Obama has anything to do with anything. Obama is wrong because he's president and you found some tax fraud. The stock market has doubled with Obama in office, do you give him equal credit?

No of course you don't. Obama never gets credit for anything because you don't have political beliefs. You have a religion called the Republican party.

I bet that the cost of shutting off water in California is bigger than the loss of crops in Georgia. Farmers in Georgia need to learn a lesson that businesses cannot rely on slave labor. They ought to pay decent wages.

You forgot to answer the question what 95% of illegals do - what kind of agriculture products are grown in LA, San Francisco, San Jose...?
How come that 25% of prison population are illegal aliens? They are here to work in the agriculture, right? (LOL)

Most of them work. Agro-business is small fry compared to hotels, construction, housecleaning, yard care, dock workers, and many other jobs that illegals inhabit.

There is a difference between providing common infrastructure for supporting economy (roads, water supply, large energy projects).
I do not support wasteful agriculture product subsidies: corn (ethanol), sugar, milk,...
I do not support building an empire through military. It is time to stop being a world policeman. Military expenditures are unsustainable - bankrupting the country does not contribute to its security.
I did not support GM bailout. Government has no business choosing winners and losers in the marketplace.

Right......but this infrastructure isn't necessary because as I said, the Central Valley has plenty of water underground. (it's an ancient inland sea for god sake) Furthermore this infrastructure was BUILT by the federal government to be MANAGED by the federal government, and they decided that while farmers could make other arrangements, the salmon fisherman could not.

But I digress. So you're pro-socialism when it comes to water subsidies for corporations, but anti-socialism when it comes to feeling poor people. Did I get it right?

It is questionable that there is an adequate water table available for CA agriculture.
I remembered an article read some time ago. Satellites can measure small wobble in Earth gravitational field because of depletion of underground water tables in several regions throughout world including California's Central Valley :

The guys at mcdonald's have kids so actually they are annoyed but the notion of maricela taking benefits, but in fact they all get the earned income credit. So, they don't actually pay income taxes.
That's maricela's pic, there is no image like it online because I took it with my android.
Obama is enabling the illegals because he is suing the states that are trying to identify them. That's therefore enabling ALL of their crimes.
All the illegals commit various crimes. They commit fraud, they buy fake documents, they don't report income on medical/medicruz forms, etc.
The iwogs in California are hypocrites who don't live in the real world.
Even my friends who are Mexicans in Baja Sur say that they agree that Arizona and other states should have the right to keep out the teeming unwashed masses. The problem of criminals and agressive guys coming over to Baja Sur looking for greener pastures has freaked out the locals who were generally much more mellow and prosperous.
My Mexican girlfriend (you must have one if you go down!) says that she wishes Baja Sur would establish strict immigration rules to keep out the *other Mexicans*!
iwog uses the phrase "bloody" what are you, a foreigner? My father lived in the UK after WWII and even HE doesn't say that kind of shit.

Is it possible that if this type of tax fraud increased since 2008, it is related to the depression we are in, and the severe drop in construction and other work often done by undocumented workers.

By the way, immigration from Mexico to the US is now reported to be negative (I wonder why ?).

If Obama gets blamed for the increases in tax abuses by undocumented workers, can he get credit for the fact that net immigration in to the country (especially of illegals) is the lowest it's been in decades ?

It would destroy our economy to deport them back to their home countries. They are a net benefit and they make your life far easier.

But this directly contradicts what you said earlier about a golden age of the 1950's-70s

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Wetback

If this was OK in the 50's why isn't it ok today?

It would not destroy our economy since the vast majority of illegals are doing work that isn't really being seen legally. This is low end work. Illegals are hired because they are cheap. There are no illegal alien researchers doing work at CalTech or MIT, these people are not applying for tenure at Brown or engineering a new car at Ford nor are they designing chip sets for new computers or working in the biotech industry.

When Ceasar Chavez stupidly organized farm workers in the 70's the reply was that big agra then automated the bajezzus out of the industry. Yes of course there is still employment but it caused illegals to go further north and get into other areas. Now there are nannies/babysitters/maids, manual labor for tile work, roofing, flooring, plumbing and maybe electrical. In some case even care of animals (I'd bet some work for one of the riders of the Kentucky Derby).

To argue that that the economy would get worse is simply saying we would have to pay more for labor. In all due respects in the environment we have today how would that be a bad thing? I don't think we've had significant labor inflation since the 70s. Wages will naturally go up if there is a scarcity of workers.

Some talk about the idea of amnesty but even liberal economist Paul Krugman states that it would be devastating. Why would any country actually want more poor people?

Ironically deportions are at a all time high under Obama. We're going after those that have done violent acts which frankly I don't think anyone can defend.

It can be argued that illegal aliens pay sales taxes and meals taxes but generally there can be ways around those. If you buy food and cook it that is one way around and shopping online avoids sales taxes. If they pay income taxes then the TIN they are using is fraud and that is a felony.

Because Americans aren't doing the work today. The transition has taken decades, does anyone want decades of depression while Americans learn to do manual labor again?

A person picking fruit or pouring concrete or mowing lawns is far more important to the day to day economy than doing research work at CalTech.

It is questionable that there is an adequate water table available for CA agriculture.

I see. So public welfare for corporations is okay for farmers if they need it.

When are you going to grow up and admit the Central Valley water project is socialism? How in fuck can you make exceptions for THIS when you hate everything else run for collective benefit.

    It's a federal project remember?

"Why the hell should I pay for California farmers??? I live in Texas!!!! Bloody Obama........."

You people are crazy. The whole bloody lot of ya.

You have a habit of building a straw man and fighting it. I am not suggesting that water be given to businesses for free. Taxpayers should not be paying for delivering water to California farmers. There is a cost associated with water delivery and that cost should be covered by consumers (farmers). Perhaps the best way to manage water is to have yearly auctions where interested parties would bid on available quantity.
In addition to direct revenue when selling water, the economic activity created by increased crops production brings bigger tax revenues to the government.

A better example in your question would be a protest from Texas: "Why do we need to pay for Gov. Moonbeam's high speed rail utopia?"

I noticed that you chose not to mention this project when I asked about it.

I am not against EVERYTHING run for collective benefit. I am against government waste and management of economic issues for the benefit of political parties (campaign contributions).

I am against a government program like Obamacare. If it was truly a beneficial program, which would deliver services and reduce costs as promised, why have numerous politically connected businesses and unions asked and got exemption from participating?

There is a shortage of labor AT LOW PRICE.

Once wages are depressed of course you won't see many Americans doing those jobs. Good example is meat processing industry. In the past it paid good wages to legal residents and over time they employed more illegal aliens and wages dropped.
This is an issue where government has a legitimate role to play: making sure that competition in the market is fair and nobody takes competitive advantage by employing cheap slave labor.

These are not undocumented workers - they have documents, from a foreign country. They are illegal aliens in the USA.

The trend is not negative. The trend is POSITIVE, the ratio of legal residents vs illegals is going UP.

Obama has increased the number of illegal occupants in the White House. Are you aware of the fact that Sheriff Arpaio's investigation concluded that Obama's birth certificate and Selective Service registration cards are forgeries?

Okay, I'll take that to mean that you either don't understand the common terminology or you reject it. Undocumented means the same thing, but it's somewhat more specific, and some would say less pejorative.

The only thing worse than a right wing troll, is a right wing troll that is both intellectually handicapped and drunk. I'm not saying that you are either retarded or drunk, but would you not agreee that those are the worst type of right wing trolls ?

You want to know where all the illegal aliens are? Go to central CA, they are the only once working the fields and restaurants out there.

A lot of businesses really profit from this system, and I'm upset that they are pushing their labor costs and welfare onto me the taxpayer. Why should I pay taxes... when I know that I'm subsidizing labor for someone who is making a lot more money than I am.

I don't support slave labor any more than I support Crony Capitalism. I'm just saying that Crony Capitalism is what America is all about.

Now that you mention it, slave labor is what America is all about too.

God Bless America. God's Chosen Nation (tm).

I'm in a position I thought I could never be in. I'm too young to get medical help and on the other side not old enough to get medicare. I can go to ER and get treated but hounded for the bill whereas an illegal can go and get the same treatment and walk away never to pay a dime. The point is along with the tax fraud they commit so do they tap into all of our social systems costing legal tax payers billions through welfare fraud, food stamp fraud, etc. Guess who will pay for this in the end. Our children and grandchildren, thats who. Don't just think about today, but years to come.Make the illegals accountable as we have to be. Stop turning a blind eye to it before it's too late.
