How unpopular can Obama get? Texas INMATE gets 40 per cent of votes against President in West Virginia primary
Prisoner Keith Judd got 40% of vote in West Virginia to Obama's 60%
Inmate 11593-051 got on ballot by paying $2,500 fee and filing forms
Attracting 15% of vote normally qualifies candidate for a delegate to the Democratic National Convention
Why am I not surprised that Democrats are OK with an inmate on their ballot?

Obama still received more votes than Mitt Romney.

Okay I figured it out. WV primary rules allow independents to request a primary ballot of their choice. It's considered a semi-open primary.
Since most right-wing sociopaths register independent, they were able to request a ballot for the Democratic primary and vote against Obama, who they vehemently hate. This result means nothing, has no implications, and is little more than masturbation material for Republicans.
It also explains why there were almost twice as many votes cast in the Democratic primary than the Republican primary, even though West Virginia is a red state AND the Republican primary was competitive with Santorum and Ron Paul each receiving about 11%.
A 40% result for pissed off rednecks is just about right to balance the numbers, meaning there might not have been a single Democrat voting against Obama.

What do you disagree with? Obama getting more votes than Romney? WV's semi-open primary? State election rules which allow anyone with $2500 to get on the ballot?
Or is it just irrational hatred of liberals speaking for you?

No one cares. Gays are never going to vote against Obama, and no one with a brain will make their choice based on this one irrelevant issue. My guess is Obama will say it's a state's prerogative and leave it at that.

I don't know for a fact but its my understanding that blacks are NOT in favor of gay "marriage".
If obummer supports gay marriage he retains gay votes and loses black votes.
If obummer disapproves of gay marriage he loses gay votes but retains black votes.
A states prerogative? Well then, so is education, gun control, abortion, and numerous other hot topics. How can centralized government give up power and maintain it at the same time?
Easy, if your a schizophrenic liberal. You just blurt out whatever sounds right at the time (kinda like what big government rino's do).

So why mention it if you (as usual) don't have a clue? Maybe, for once, you should try actually looking things up. Hint, there is a pretty good program available on the internet for this type of thing. It's called Google. Give it a try. Nah why bother, better to just babble nonsense.
I don't see any reason why blacks would have any different percentage of people in favor of or against gay marriage than the general population.

Bob, I took your wise advice and googled it. After all I wouldn't want it to appear that my postings were, as you say: "just babble nonsense".
Of course YOU (or other lib's) see no reason blacks would have a different % of people against gay marriage - BUT THEY DO AND YOU PINKO PROGRESSIVES ARE WRONG AGAIN.
The article says blacks are against gay marriage because it shows a LACK OF CHARACTER, just like you, and your president.
Once again, thanks for your advice.

Whether or not black Americans are for or against gay marriage is irrelevant, really. As a group, they're far more against everything the GOP stands for.
Obama coming out in favor of gay marriage rallies the base, which may be the key to this election.
There are roughly zero people who support or oppose Obama who's vote is going to change based on the gay marriage issue.

As a gay man, Hussein's coming out in favor of gay marriage doesn't change my opinion of him, one iota. I still won't vote for the cretin. It was Bill Clinton who signed both DOMA (Defense Of Marriage Act) and DADT (Don't Ask Don't Tell). When Hussein had complete control of congress he could have thanked his GLBTQQB communities by having legislation pushed through that would have legalized civil unions at a federal level. He did not. That is how much in favor of gay marriage he really is. Besides, I'm not a single issue voter and I'm much more concerned about my wallet than I am this one particular issue.
Is this pandering to the gay community. Obviously. It will also rile those who are opposed to gay rights issues. I believe that when push comes to shove, more people will vote against gay marriage than will admit to doing so. Look at what happened in California with Prop 8. One of the most liberal states in the union and Prop 8 passed easily.
Oh, and yes, blacks did turn out en force to vote for Hussein and FOR Prop 8. Ironic, isn't it?

Like it or not, and by all means I don't like it, Obama is almost certainly going to win the upcoming election. On the bright side, at least Romney loses. I try to be optimistic.
