This will make grand pubah Pat famous and rich:

A patnet t-shirt that says:

TAKE A BITE OUT OF CRIME:
EAT A REALTOR®!

Who would not want to buy one?

I'll replace the "Debt Is Slavery" sticker on my work laptop's cover with this one, just to spice up meetings again!

Cannibalism references are always in good taste at staff meetings.

OK, this one feels legally safer because:

    1. realtors do increase house prices
    2. no one is seriously going to eat a realtor, except perhaps Apocalypsefuck

    Pubah

Getting sued by the NAR is possibly the greatest thing that could ever happen to this blog. They've been principals in the complete distortion of a $22 trillion marketplace and you're a guy from Menlo Park with a loud website.

This is publicity solid gold on a platter. T Rex of financial crime cults versus this guy named Pat. Imagine the press conferences after the suit is filed by the NAR: "They want to destroy me because I speak truth to satanic power! God is with me! A curse upon their wretched souls," Pubah Pat howled before bursting into tears and falling into the arms of his sainted wife.

Keep the take a bit out of crime and get sued by the Realtors and the Justice Dep't or whoever claims the McRuff slogan. The Zombie graphic is a great angle but best characterize it with Zombies chasing the Realtor in a gold lame jacket. I can find you a low cost artist if you need help.

Good idea to have different versions.

Still looking for that perfect verbiage though, something I'm sure will survive a lawsuit.

"Eat a Realtor. They taste like chicken."

TAKE A BITE OUT OF CRIME:

TAKE A BITE OUT OF CRIME:
    EAT AN USED HOUSE DEALER®!

How would NAR come after you if there is no Realtor word in the slogan?

    ROFL! I love it.

    How about bumper stickers too?

Now where to get those shirts made? Cafepress overcharges the buyer and underpays the seller. Got to be some better place.

Thanks, Pubah! I thought you'd dig it.

Cafe Press is insane. There are a number out there that will do production and fulfillment but you can make a lot more by just jobbing out the production and doing your own fulfillment using part-timers.

Searching for "better than Cafe Press" should get you some candidates for soup-to-nuts services.
Bumper stickers would REALLY take off. Some people don't like wearing edgy stuff that they make not mind sticking on their cars or public spaces.

I would still buy a t-shirt, but I agree about the bumper stickers being more palatable (ha). I will buy a short stack of bumper stickers.

Yes, bumper stickers are one-size-fits-all too.

OK, let's see if I can get the bumper stickers ordered today.

Put some cartoon zombies on the sticker eating a guy in a gold jacket with a breifcase and I'll buy one. Zombies is trendy now - should increase sales by a zillion %.

Can I get sued somehow for this?

Or would a lawsuit just be excellent free advertising for the bumper sticker?

Maybe they could somehow sue for "defamation" of realtors.

What if I said "Take a bite out of house prices" instead? Doesn't flow as well though.
