Renouncing citizenship already carries heavy taxes - no need to add more in punitive and unconstitutional means... Besides, if the government can do this kind of a thing to the ubber wealthy, what would they do to us lesser privileged folks??

If he renounced his citizenship before the mega windfall, than that would be fine. But to claim that the day after the payday, the IRS should have seized his funds.
