A serial squatter in the Detroit area has resisted the efforts of some determined neighbors to get him evicted from a 4000 square foot home last listed for sale at $480,000. At one point he filed an "Affidavit of Adverse Possession According to the Holy Bible" to claim ownership of another home in the area.
