    Statements from REA of Bidding Wars ever since the peak hasnt stopped, and yes prices still kept falling. There is no doubt BW are not real.

    No one seems to be interested in any regulations/protocol on changing the current method for buyers.. so the scam keeps moving on.

    Depends on where you are. This spring it's been happening in San Francisco. There is very little for sale and many places are listed low to purposely incite a bidding war.
