Got an offer accepted for a home $150K below the current asking comparable listing & recent sales history with homes offering less.
I came in with no buyer's Realtor® and exploited the listing Realtor®'s greed with double commission to pressure the seller.
I'm a piece of shit robber baron scum who is ripping off a 65 year old woman whose 75 year old husband just died and she can no longer afford the place. She needs to get out of the home ASAP. I gave her a low ball all-cash offer & she was not happy. I gave her just 5 grand more & she accepted 2 days later. Immediate occupancy and closing as well.
The home just needs a new dishwasher, paint, wood polishing and cleaning the upper deck along with the lower deck. I plan to do the all the following as I move in the home plus a new bathroom. Everything otherwise looks perfect and the home is solid brick.
I was originally looking to just buy a home for permanent residence as it would be cheaper monthly of up to 75% compared to rent. I also planned to do all the work I mentioned with the dishwasher, paint, wood polishing, deck cleaning and new bathroom anyway.
But since I too have noticed that the market is still filled with dumb peasants taking FHA loans & new home buyers still tend to be suckers, I'm going to trying selling out like the greedy piece of shit I am.
Just like in the Bay Area, the number of idiots are growing rapidly in the east coast on Long Island. I have observed recent sales history, local government sales records in many areas and the next trend of idiots mortgaging away their life into slavery.
I basically planned to move-in, do all the work I mentioned regardless of whether I want to sell for profit or not and then stay put till I drop dead like John D. Rockefeller, Mayer Amschel De Rothschild, Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford & John Pierpont Morgan along with all they other scum-bag wealthy robber barons who earned their fortunes by fucking over someone.
This is the cheapest home I found that will keep my monthly expenses to a minimum while being the best value on the market in the price range I was willing to spend. I could have gotten much better deals in very affluent neighborhoods while retaining close to the same monthly expenses but that would require me to increase my price range very significantly & tap into savings/investments I don't want too.
And yes, they are idiots buying homes in average/okay areas for the same money and same home that can be gotten in much much better areas. Only difference would be the property taxes.
Sometimes even a better home for the same money.
I'm not interested in a mortgage and I'm not interested in tapping into my retirement funds.
So I now plan to try to sell this home for a $150K profit to some dumb retarded peasant with the help of a scum-bag Realtor® and if it doesn't sell, then no foul & no loss. I bought it way below for what they are being sold for now. Which is a rip off for what they are selling for.
It costs nothing to list. I'll stage the home and make everything look pretty which I plan to do anyway regardless of whether it's being sold or not along with the slight work I mentioned.
I want to fuck over some idiot peasant with the help of a scum-bag Realtor®. I'm a greedy scum-bag elite robber baron.
I can't wait to sell to some couple with two children aged 4 & 6. 2-5 years later they are under foreclosure, underwater and the mother has filed for divorce with custody of both kids while the father is kept unfairly away from his kids and arrested for bogus domestic violence charges.
I want to be the reason for creating a broken home. Why? All because I want to earn $150K that I don't need but greed is like cocaine for us Robber Baron industrialist alcoholic business tycoon scum.

They do that where I live too. A home 5 doors up was listed at 53k, few days later it's listed for 67k, hmmm, now months later, it's been dropped to 61k. Looks like it finally sold, likely to a contractor, who will put some lipstick on it, and offer it up at 90k or more depending on how well the scam goes.
