Realtors have two motives.
1- Get one to buy something.
2- Get one to pay the highest possible price.

HEY YOU says
And . . .
Manipulate the seller into selling the property to him or his straws at a grossly undermarket price in order to quickly flip it for personal profit.

You are way too generous. Given the just the recent record, it's fair to say that the cohort that calls itself Realtor®s is a criminally insane syndicate of cackling psychopaths who play everyone and everything around them for personal profit, no matter the law or injury to others. Anyone, buyer, seller, appraiser, just simply any carbon life form that gets near a Realtor® is subject to being exploited for any manner of diabolical fraud scheme. Any thing, house for sale, abandoned foreclosure, unused lot of land, etc. that a Realtor® encounters is immediately inducted into some kind of plot - or at least parked in the diabolical imagination of the Realtor® until such time as he can line up marks to manipulate and exploit those assets in a revenue-bearing scam. Make no mistake. These freaks are straight out of the 'Alien' movies.

Real Estate Lawyers know the law. Home inspectors know about repair issues. Then there's the Title Company. Look to a Realtor to list your house in the MLS and find a buyer. When buying a home do your own research and hire the right person for the task at hand.
But you knew that right?
