We already have 20% equity after buying end of January in Danville.. Put a small amount of money into the house and I already can refinance and get rid of PMI! Plus I'm living in s 2600 sq. foot house much nicer than the rental cheaper than rent!! Prices/pendings/sales going high right now... Glad we bought...

The new assumption “rent now or be priced forever” can’t work in real economy. If I ask too much for rent, I’m going into problem of finding qualified tenant. Typical rent qualification asks for 33% of gross income toward rent payment. Yes, you can rent for more but get used to sleeping pills. Rent is going up particularly in areas close to work. Sub with over an hour to drive to work have rent prices stagnant or even going down. I know people who got tired of driving, sold houses and moved closer to work at cost of higher rental price and smaller house.

Thats what I say two paragraphs above that one it tells you to obey all those that are in "authority". So basically people in the middle east could buy their way out of slavery. Simple its charging of interest on a debt. Interest their word or excess is usury. Usury is simply excessive labor to pay a debt off. Forced Slavery labor and you keep laboring thats the difference. Hence the term debt slave. Its a little more sophisticated now its not. Its very simple the entire monetary system is nothing but lending and loans with excessive interest or labor time to payback. You need to ask WHY nothing but lending and loans. Then you get the picture.
