Realty agent and Realtor® criminality is so ubiquitous, you have to ask if it would not be simpler to indict every single one of them a priori and audit any transactions they've been involved with to identify crimes they've perpetrated.
All the discussions about economic theory in the housing market seem completely beside the point if a controlling faction in the market space is so completely criminalized.
