    That may facilitate the scam. The money comes from the 1 percent of wealth worldwide. So it is hot money from capital markets. It will prey even more if prices crash. Paul Ryan actually budgeted a housing bubble in his original 6 trillion cuts.

    This is why I have been against investors buying up so many homes. I have already been effected with higher home prices due to investors endless supply of money. Landlords are not going to give their tenants cheap rental rates, instead they will justify every rent increase. People will not be able to save money to buy a home with ever increasing rents.

    Endless supply of money at the top is exactly why all commodities, and houses are a commodity, are driven up in price. At the low end, this is happening as we speak.
