None of this "no voting from felons" especially when carrying weed can be a felony. That defeats the purpose of mandatory voting. 2. One of the options was "no confidence" meaning none of the candidates were acceptable and the position goes unfilled, even if it's the presidency, for at least a year. And no candidate who ran when no-confidence was declared can run again for 4 years. 3. We used instant-runoff voting and a vote of "no confidence" is the lowest vote you can cast.
