Broccoli with hollandaise sauce, even better! “Eagles are dandified vultures” - Teddy Roosevelt I was gonna say hollandaise is getting a little too fancy but one would think I shouldn't knock it until I've tried it. Lunardis has good quality cheeses in bulk and their three year cheddar is excellent. It's not cheap but we don't buy it very often.
