I'm actually pretty amazed by this decision. I hope it represents a real evolution in the thinking of John Roberts and not just a couple of instances of temporary sanity.

This "it's cheaper to not have insurance" meme is getting a lot of traction. It doesn't consider two important facts:
Fact the first: if you elect to simply pay the fine, then you don't have insurance. You're still making a bet: that you'll never need an ambulance.
If you have a real emergency, you are not covered. You are on the hook for the bill. You will get emergency care --but it could force you into bankruptcy. If you aren't making enough for that to matter, then you are elligible for subsidies to pay for insurance. It's not as clear-cut a decision as some are making it sound.
Fact the second: People are not perfectly rational. Americans in particular tend to respect laws, don't like paying money to the government, and don't like being uninsured.

I'll repeat OBAMACARE aka "Affordable Health care" scam that was presented to congress in a fraudulent manner. is NOT Mandatory.
How ever if you are insured you get a tax break, and don't have to pay the tax.
So how dare you to split hairs now and chop and dissect it up in fifteen different ways to suit your liberal causes. It's as vague as the Bible and will forever be distorted and interpreted 20 different ways.
But make no mistake "The Affordable Healthcare Act" is a TAX that was levied on the unsuspecting American people. To give FREE healthcare to the BUMS. Everyone else will pay out the ass, for health care. If you do, then you get a tax break.
See how this works?
The exchange will be just a phone call away, I can make the call on the way to the hospital and be covered before I get there, with a swollen appendix.
It's well with my right as a TAX paying citizen. This is OUR America too!

No one gets sick. Really I guess people don't know much about health lol. They take health in school whatever the fuck that does. 100 bed hospitals. No big deal check how many beds in any given city thats how the figure cost. For the most part. Everyones healthy thats the point. Not everyone gets in a 30 car pileup. But hey if it makes you feel better everyone pays. lol. No priorities in many peoples lives that I can see. All I see is a lot people with "VICTORY" painted like a bullseye on their tokus.

Actually it's a vast improvement. No lifetime cap, for people with freaky conditions that run in to the millions. No pre-existing conditions or otherwise terminating peoples insurance because they are sick.
* But these improved benefits are paid for in part by mandating that everyone has to have insurance (yes this means more healthy young people paying for insurance - expect republicans to work hard on getting their votes)
*Also, the idea of covering pre-existing conditions doesn't really work without a mandate, because too many people would just wait until they were sick to get insurance. Doctors would probably help: " I'm sorry to inform you that you have diabetes. Oh, you don't have insurance ? Okay then here's what I want you to do, I want you to get insurance and come back here in a month and we'll start working out a plan of treatment."
Don't you hate it when things are complicated and don't easily match up with what you want to believe ?

Bums get expensive healthcare now which starts in the emergency room, when they are in an extremely costly state that could have been avoided if they had access to care sooner.
This expensive innefficient care they get now is paid for by us all. Why do you think it costs $5000/ day to be in the hospital now if you're insured. It's partly because that's how they subsidize the health care that the poor get for free or close to free now.

With Obamacare the insurance companies are required to spend 80% of the money they collect on actual health care and give back any excess. Spending $100,000 to keep you alive one day longer means they're allowed to charge $125,000 in premiums and keep $25,000 on your behalf. You're a profit center to their bean counters and they want you alive.
Without Obamacare the insurance companies are allowed to spend as little as they can get away with (the best companies manage to spend only 60% of premiums on medical care). Less treatment means lower medical loss ratios and higher profits. You're red ink to their bean counters and they want you dead.

I think organic is BS for the most part. However people like talking about food so do I. Oil based products should not be used in conjunction with food. That I do agree with. However commercial ventures "Farms and Farmers" Which is nothing more than a "loan based" operation. Will use oil based products in some cases. I have no respect for a farmer. Simply because its an ass backwards approach to being a real person.
Most people don't understand organic. Because there is no time in their life for anything but food on the shelf which is so sad. Since its is such a great part of an individuals life, food. Germs are important to food of course. Most will never get to experince the absolute fun of growing. They have time for a plant of course. Which is more misogyny. However no time for green vegetable. The only part you have in particpation of vegetable is storing and eating them which I consider mostly unnatural. Which mean you know mostly nothing of the earth. You have no time for it. Your time is given to someone else mostly if they own your labor. Life goes by quickly. Serving another. People can't get away from that. Thats a hard life.

More true than you know. lol. Sense would make you wonder why you would disregard the fact. That its a "conservative" Supreme courts. Ok did God thru justices just render and opinion in your favor?? I'm sure many would accept that. Or was the quick witted representative for the government to fast for them?? Neither. The guys that loan the cash that the government is 40 years past due on paying. Which probably includes Judge Roberts furniture lol. Want it that way. Its actually more debt. However the equation works out to more labor in the medical field. It's probably an avenue they want to pursue. So who you should really thank if you think this is all so swift. Is the privateers of the monetary system. Which for some politics is a safer place to be.
I see it as a way to garner more labor that works for a very long time for compartively little to what they get. This means more assets of course and anything of tax is sucked up into debt. They have actually lost labor in the fact you can walk into most any hospital and get treated for "free" without and renumeration labor wise. Some don't know that of course. Some do.
The wennie truck is funny of course. However thats more like what your going to have mobile units that are similar to Red cross for the business they go to including Corporate which can be labor expensive material wise to.
It's complicated of course they keep Hospitals and doctors at it by making medical equipment very expensive. Any business owner trying to get ahead can tell you business invoicing is out of the sky for the same thing an individual would use. So getting rich fast and getting out of pulling the cart isn't something thats encouraged. What your not exactly clear on is exactly how all this is plotted out. However the details of which you will learn over the course of time.
