Two more houses. Pull it up on SonomaProperty.net, if you google the address you get an ad from an agent who is NOT the listing agent. You could not duplicate this house for $400 per Sq Ft, you get a couple more houses and a barn, frontage on Walker creek and the owners fenced and cross fenced the property because they had planned to raise elk. Elk proof 8' tall fencing is not cheap. The structures and improvements would cost at least $2.5MM to duplicate and likely a few hundred K more. So, $500k (Or less) for 298 acres in Marin, with great views and creek frontage. My father was an appraiser, I grew up looking at homes in places like Piedmont and this place is gorgeous. It's totally unsuitable for me but I would buy it in an eyeblink if I could afford it. This place is not cheap, but it is a bargain.

Dang, it cut off some of the lead in. It's a fricking HUGE victorian with a couple of smaller houses on the property.
