A pretty good video which explains why both conservatives and liberals should be furious at the ACA/Obamacare bill and why even conservatives should get on the medical-for-all bandwagon.

As a side note, I've always wondered if a "state mandate" would work best. Congress could require each state provide health care for all its residents, similar to how it mandates each state provide free K-12 education for all its children. Each state could implement and pay for it as it sees fit, spurring competition and creativity between states.
