What fraud ? which regulations were violated that could cause a criminal case of fraud... surely since these numbskull journalists can call it fraud, they should be able to list line by line what criminal acts were committed and what SEC or Bank regulations were violated.

In all fairness, according to PBS Frontline, Larry Summers wanted to take on and break up at least one of the “too big to fail’ banks.... It would have been a bold step for Obama, but Tim Geithner warned the president against it. He wasn’t going to participate in what he called “Old Testament justice.”.
