When I screen resumes, I hate seeing those with 8 pages. Nobody deserves my time to read through an 8-page resume.

This is why "I" screen potential Job offers. A pesky petty Asshole will never even see my Resume. I'm usually hired before anyone in HR even knows I exist, if it's a company with one. As my preference is to work for a company or at least a department where I only have direct dealing with the guy that hired me. A manager or owner. It has to be a very special "Good" company for me to work for one that has an HR department.

Recruiters call me, with a heavy tone, like they got fish on the line. Barking out one question after the next, one more personal than the last. I interrupt them soon after they establish that I am the person they called.
Then take over the call asking "THEM" the questions. If it's a company I could or even would work for, then we continue and they might get a resume out of me.

Otherwise I just cut them short, and end the call. And those that still think they are in command of the call still asking me personal questions, the next thing they hear is the dial tone.
