The health care is for everyone, everyone pays taxes, everyone gets the same benefit of the system. It's not divided up between "US and THEM". If anything the people that can afford it, are entitled to embellish the healthcare they get, through buying additional "affordable"(in comparison to the US) insurance. We're the only county where people are entitled to reap rewards from other people's efforts. Now we can debate these Socialist systems if you want, but it's socialism for all, instead of an entitlement class, at the expense of others.
