    Chinese now realizing that their real estate market is no longer profitable
    has shifted their target to inflate the local real estate in US. Because
    this is concentrated in a small area like Silicon Valley or Los Angeles,
    the bubble is localized. And statistically, you can't see the effect on the
    entire market.

    It can be good, because Chinese is bringing their money to US. It can be
    bad, cause more money in the market can simply cause inflation. Then
    again, we have been doing that with QE. Whatever the case, it only
    hurts the middle class whose earnings is not tied to investment or
    capital gain.

    I am curious to see if this localized bubble is ever going to burst.
